Other features include high ceilings throughout the house, fire place, 2 car garage, full security system with monitored alarm, wireless internet, Armenian style BBQ grill (+shisher), regular gas grill, central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and lastly, a 73" HD TV with state-of-the-art sound system (including blu ray player), and indoor/outdoor speaker system with ipod docket for music.
NO PETS ALLOWED AND PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
The weekend rate for the house is $450 per night - with a 2 night minimum - plus $150 cleaning fee. No tax and no other fees.
